Normal wear not in the worst condition. There is sock tape on putter and inner sides of the boot to further prevent more wear to the abrasion guards.
The boots do come with: axles and spacers
No Wheels OR Bearings

Reason for selling skates are just a size too big looking to buy another pair in the future. Willing to trade for a 10 or 10.5 WM01.
